In the dungeons of the Darigan Citadel an eccentric (and, of course, evil) prison warden, Master Vex, forces his inmates to play a game of his invention - Cellblock. He keeps telling the prisoners that if anybody can ever beat him they will be freed from the dungeon, but nobody has ever won a single game against him... which is most probably a good thing, as he is lying through his teeth :)

Want that awesome "Master Vex" Avatar???

To get it, all you have to do is play cellblock. Although, when you get the avatar is completely random. The lowest known Tournament is 7, but some people have not gotten it until Tournament 12. Also, some people got it when the won a level, and some have gotten it when they lost a level.

I have discovered a way to beat the opponents using ONLY 8 moves!!!! This works the MAJORITY of the time - there may be some occasions when an opponent will "outsmart" these moves. If that happens just finish the game and then retry using the same method....your opponent should not be as "smart" this time.

Below are some screenshots of ALL 8 moves. The move you need to make each turn are depicted by a filled in red square.
Due to space, I had to minimize each screenshot. Click on each picture to view them in full size.

Sometimes there are slight differences in the moves your opponent will make. But, you should still make the 8 moves outlined above. Below is a screenshot of one of these variations...
